Privacy Policy

This notice explains how your personal data is processed when you use ekursoft.com and contact us, under Turkey's Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK").

Data controller

Your personal data is processed by Kurthan Yıldırım and Ziya İpek, who work together under the name "Ekursoft", as data controllers. Contact: ekursoft.ai@gmail.com, +90 531 384 14 04.

What data we process

Contact and quote forms: name, email address or phone number, what you write about your project and the options you pick in the quote form.
Checklist (PDF) form: email address and, if you opt in, your newsletter preference.
WhatsApp and email conversations: message content and your contact details.
Technical logs: server logs kept by the hosting infrastructure for security, such as IP address, browser details and access time.
Anonymous visit statistics: cookieless Vercel Web Analytics that doesn't identify you, used to see which pages are visited; and which page you came from in form and WhatsApp messages.

Purposes and legal bases

Replying to your request and preparing a quote: directly related to entering into a contract (KVKK Art. 5/2-c).
Running the project and support: performance of a contract (Art. 5/2-c).
Site security, abuse prevention and anonymous visit statistics: our legitimate interest (Art. 5/2-f).
Sending informational emails: only with the explicit consent you give by ticking the box on the checklist form (Art. 5/1). You can download the PDF without ticking it.

Who we share data with

Your data is never sold or shared for advertising. We use these service providers to run the site and its forms:
Formspree (USA): forwarding form messages to us by email.
Brevo (France, EU): an email list, only if you opted in to informational emails.
Vercel (USA): website hosting and anonymous visit statistics.
Cloudflare (USA): domain, DNS and security.
As some of these providers are located abroad, transfers are made under the conditions set out in KVKK Art. 9. Data may be disclosed to authorized public bodies where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep form and conversation data until your request is resolved, and if we work together, for the duration of the relationship and the retention periods required by law afterwards. Your email address on the newsletter list is kept until you withdraw consent. Data past its retention period is deleted or anonymized.

Cookies

The site uses no advertising or tracking cookies; fonts and files are served from the site itself. Visit statistics are kept anonymously with cookieless Vercel Web Analytics, which doesn't identify you. The hosting and security infrastructure may use strictly necessary technical cookies only.

Your rights

Under KVKK Art. 11 you have the right to learn whether your data is processed, request information about it, learn the purpose and whether it is used accordingly, know the third parties it is transferred to, ask for correction of incomplete or inaccurate data, ask for deletion or destruction when the legal conditions are met, ask that these actions be notified to recipients, object to an adverse outcome produced solely by automated analysis, and claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.

You can withdraw your consent to informational emails at any time via the link in each email or by writing to us.
